Log in to your registrar's DNS settings
Select yours below for exact instructions.
Log in at namecheap.com → Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS tab.
Log in at godaddy.com → My Products → click DNS next to your domain.
Log in at domains.google.com → your domain → DNS → Manage custom records.
Log in at dash.cloudflare.com → your domain → DNS → Records.
Look for DNS Management, Zone Editor, or Name Servers in your registrar's control panel.

When will my site be live after I sign up?

Usually within a few minutes. Once your payment is confirmed, your site is automatically built and deployed. Check your email for the confirmation link. If it's been over 30 minutes, contact support.
How do I share my site with customers?

Your site is live at yourbusiness.autosite.website — share it via text, Facebook, email signature, business cards, or Google Business Profile. Connecting a custom domain looks even more professional.
How do I update my business info or hours?

Go to Edit My Site in the sidebar. Make your changes and hit Save & Rebuild. Your site updates in under 60 seconds.
Do I need a custom domain?

You don't need one — your AutoSite URL works great. A custom domain (yourbusiness.com) looks more professional. Domains cost ~$12/year and we don't charge anything extra to connect one.
How long does DNS propagation take?

Most people see their domain working within 1–2 hours. It can take up to 48 hours worldwide. Check progress at dnschecker.org.
When am I charged?
Billing+
Monthly on the same date you signed up. Your card is charged automatically. See your billing history and upcoming charges in the Billing tab.
What happens if I cancel?

Your site stays live until the end of your billing period, then goes offline. We keep your data for 30 days — resubscribe within that window and everything is restored. No penalties, cancel any time.
Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact support in the first week for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, charges are non-refundable but you can cancel future billing any time.
Is my site mobile-friendly?

Yes — every AutoSite is fully responsive and designed mobile-first. Most of your customers will find you on their phone, so we make sure that experience is excellent.
Will my site show up on Google?

Your site is indexed by Google. Ranking takes time — also make sure your Google Business Profile is claimed with your website linked. Our sites include proper meta tags and structured data to help.
